FunTimes Summer Holidays in a COVID-Secure way. 😁

We are delighted to inform you that the latest guidelines from the Department for Education have confirmed our holiday clubs will be able to open, in a COVID-Secure way, for the Summer holidays.

Your children will be grouped in ‘bubbles’ by age and in line with government guidelines. We have been working hard to implement changes to our programme to allow us to operate safely, whilst still ensuring the children in our care have as much FUN as possible.

It is sad that we can’t offer our normal programme of activities but we will ensure your children still have lots of fun with their friends.

As from Friday 10th July Any bookings taken will now be invoiced and payment due.

* Bookings can be made for single or multiple days across the summer. Open 7.30am – 6pm
* FunTimes summer holiday club will run in a very different way to normal, with a reduced programme of activity and equipment
* FunTimes will operate in a ‘Covid Secure’ way with extra hygiene and cleaning routines put in place.
* regular hand washing will be timetabled into the day.
* Children will be grouped into ‘bubbles’ and those bubbles will not mix throughout the day
* Government advice is to consider sending your child to the same, local setting consistently, in order to prevent your child from mixing with multiple different groups of children
* Spaces will be reduced from normal levels. We would advise you to book your sessions as soon as you know which dates you require in order to avoid disappointment
* Observe the Social Distancing rules when dropping off and Collecting
*  As a protective measure children will be sent home if they have symptoms such as a high temperature or persistent cough also sickness, diarrhoea or producing excessive mucus that could be smeared on surfaces that could present a hazard to others. We need to insist parents and carers co-operate with this to protect others.
* If anyone in your household shows symptoms of Covid 19 they must not attend until tested and a negative result given.
